KAY'S TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour and sugar. Set aside. On low heat bring to boil cocoa, butter, hot water and oil. Add to sugar and flour mixture. Add eggs, soda dissolved in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar

Bring butter, buttermilk and cocoa to a boil. Add powdered sugar until it is of the right consistency. Spread on warm cake.
