ROCKY ROAD BUTTERMILK SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. butter
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift together flour, sugar and cocoa; set aside. Combine oil, butter and water in saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour liquid over dry ingredients. Beat until creamy. Add buttermilk, baking soda and eggs. Beat real good. Bake in greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.

FROSTING: Bring to boil butter, cocoa and buttermilk. Put into mixing bowl add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well then add marshmallows and nuts. Spread over warm cake.
