HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. chicken parts (breast, thighs, drum sticks - your choice)
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove skin and visible fat from chicken parts. Place in baking dish.

Combine honey and mustard in small bowl. Pour over chicken pieces and turn pieces meat side down. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15-20 minutes longer, basting every 10 minutes until meat is tender and juices run yellow (not pink) when pricked with fork.
