WHITE CREAM FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. butter
7 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 pinch cream of tartar

Bring above ingredients to rolling boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool and then beat hard until gloss disappears. Spread immediately on cake.
