3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
3 beaten egg whites
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine milk, sugar, flour, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Fold in egg whites, nuts, and vanilla. Chill; top with Cool Whip.
