EASY FRUIT PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
Soft fruit, pre-cooked apples, or canned pie filling

Combine flour, sugar, butter, lemon juice and egg yolk; pat into pie plate. Fill with soft fruit.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
