TATOR TOT HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tot potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk or water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 2 quart casserole. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk or water. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
