SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dark Karo syrup
2 c. milk (1 lg. can evaporated milk + water to make 2 c.)
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter, melted

Add ingredients in the order listed. Pour into 2 pie crusts. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees and 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
