SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. pork tenderloin
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut pork into bite-size pieces, mix other ingredients. Marinate pork for 3 hours, mixing occasionally. Drain off liquid, roll in cornstarch, fry until brown and crisp. Keep warm and make sauce.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ginger

Mix ingredients together, cook slowly until thick and clear. Pour over pork just before serving.
