SWEET CORN & HAM PIE 
1/2 stick butter, softened
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked corn
2 c. cubed ham

Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs, biscuit mix, flour and milk. Fold in corn that has been pre cooked and 2 cups of ham cubes. Bake in 13"x9" greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. This is a popular dish served in England. May also be baked in a pie pan.
