CREAM CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Unroll and spread 1 package rolls in greased 9"x13" pan. Beat remaining ingredients together and spread over rolls. Cover with remaining package of rolls. Beat egg white. Spread on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
