GREEK CORNBREAD 
4 eggs, whipped
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
6 oz. cottage cheese, small curd
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cook and drain well)
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Mix ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
