ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
4 chicken halves
1 c. soya sauce
1 c. sherry
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. mustard
Sesame seeds

Combine soya sauce, sherry, ginger and mustard. Marinate the chicken in the mixture at room temperature for an hour. Barbeque until crisp and golden brown, basting frequently with the remaining marinade.

When chicken pieces are ready, press the skin into the sesame seeds. Return to barbecue for 2 minutes or until the seeds are toasted.
