MEXI-BURGERS 
2 c. ketchup
2 c. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. red pepper
3 tbsp. chili powder
10 lbs. hamburger

Simmer for about 2 hours. I use onion soup mix and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper. I then omit the celery salt, garlic salt and onion powder so that it won't be too salty.
