CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE | |
3 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk (evaporated milk ok) 2 cans green Ortega chili peppers (sm.) 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated) Combine eggs, flour, salt and milk. Layer casserole tray with chili peppers. Cover with layer of cheese. Add another layer of chili pepper and cheese. Pour liquid mixture over peppers and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
