CHILE RELLANO CASSEROLE 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies

Beat eggs to lemon color. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cottage cheese. Add Jack cheese, melted butter and green chilies. Bake in 7 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people.
