SANDRA'S EASY GRILLED TURKEY
BURGER
 
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 egg
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs (I use Organic)
1/4 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Dice green pepper and onion then put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix by hand and form into patties.

Place on grill (I use an indoor George Foreman style grill). Depending on size they cook in about 5 minutes. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer before serving.

Serves 4.
