TURKEY BURGERS PLUS | |
2 lb. ground turkey 2/3 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dry mustard In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 8 patties 1/2 inch thick. Broil burgers 5 to 6 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side. You may also form mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. |
