HEALTHY TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet of any onion soup
2 tablespoons of ketchup

Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 25-35 minutes

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Make into burger size patties and place in a hot pan on stove. Cook until done. You may use rolls, but best if not.

Serve best with rice and fresh cooked vegetables.
