1 box chocolate cake mix
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding
3 lg. Hershey bars
1 bag Oreo cookies

Cook cake as directed and pudding according to box, in a large glass bowl layer ingredients starting with 1 cake layer, then Cool Whip. Then Oreo cookies, crumbled. Then pudding. Then break up Hershey bar and then repeat until out of ingredients. Top with Cool Whip and Hershey bars.
