BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
1 lb. pkg. crushed Oreo cookies 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts 2 c. powdered sugar 10 oz. Hershey's chocolate chips 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Mix crushed Oreos and butter. Press in bottom of 13"x9" pan. Spread on ice cream. Add peanuts on top. Freeze until hard. Combine the next 5 ingredients and boil, stirring constantly for 8 minutes. Add vanilla and cool thoroughly. When cool, pour over top of the hard ice cream and freeze again. Remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes so as easy to cut. Filling also. |
