3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, room temperature

Beat first 5 ingredients together an place in greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together with your fingers and sprinkle over top of sweet potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
