HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hashbrowns, thawed
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine the above ingredients and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine following ingredients and sprinkle over the potato mixture. 1/2 c. melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
