HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hashbrowns
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out and top with French fried onions (1 can). Bake 5 minutes longer.
