HASHBROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. hashbrown potatoes 1 c. diced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 8 oz. grated cheese (sharp) Salt and pepper to taste Thaw potatoes about 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place in 9 by 13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 8. |
