HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hashbrowns, thawed
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all of the above ingredients. Place in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
