HASHBROWN CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. frozen hashbrowns, thawed 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 2 c. (8 oz.) cheese, shredded 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 1/2 tsp. salt TOPPING: 2 c. cornflakes, crushed 1/4 c. butter, melted Grease 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix first 5 items and put in prepared dish. Top with cornflake and butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 12 servings. |
