CHEESY HASHBROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. Ore Ida hashbrowns, thawed 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 of med. onion, chopped Salt & pepper Combine all ingredients. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
