CHEESY HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash brown, slightly thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
2 c. French fried onions or corn flakes, sautéed

Melt butter in pan. Add hash browns. Sprinkle onions and cheese, mix soup and sour cream and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle corn flakes or French fried onions.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or longer. Check with knife if clean.
