JAN'S HASHBROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, thawed 2 cups longhorn or colby cheese, shredded 2 cups sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2/3 cup green onions, chopped 2/3 cup butter, melted 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 cups Rice Krispies, crushed 1/3 cup butter, softened Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except Rice Krispies and 1/3 cup butter. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over hashbrowns. Bake 40 - 45 minutes. |
