SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. nuts

Mix the first 6 ingredients and pour in baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients with fork or pastry blender. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
