CANDY AND PEANUT COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. softened butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. candy coated milk chocolate pieces
1 c. peanuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and flufy, 2-3 minutes. Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 2-3 minutes.

Stir in candy and nuts. Drop scant 1/4 cupfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
