CHOCOLATE TEA BREAD | |
2 2/3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. applesauce 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. water 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 4 small baking loaf pans. In large mixer bowl at low speed, beat above ingredients for 3 minutes. Beat in 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bake 40-45 minutes. |
