TOM'S FAVORITE SWEET POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
Dash salt

Cut butter into sugar and flour. Add nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into casserole. Top with nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
