SCRUMPTIOUS CHICKEN PIE 
FILLING:

1 onion, chopped
3 chicken thighs (raw) chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms

Fry onion, chicken and mushrooms, with cooking oil and add salt and sugar. Add flour and milk after chicken is well cooked.

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
6 oz. butter
1/3 c. sugar
3 oz. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients and knead until smooth. Add a little flour, if sticky. Brush surface of pie crust with egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
