HUCKLEBERRY PIE 
Sprinkle baked crust with 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Pour in 3 cups raw berries.

Boil 1 cup water with 1/2 cup berries for 4 minutes. Add 1 cup sugar mixed with 3 tablespoons cornstarch, cook until thick. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, pour over raw berries. Chill and serve with whipped cream.

You can substitute strawberries or raspberries.
