HUCKLEBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. berries

Beat egg whites separately. Cream sugar and butter well; add eggs. Stir in flour and vanilla. Put berries in the bottom of a 9 inch pie shell and cover with sugar/butter crumb topping mixture.

Bake at 325°F for an hour.

Hi Becky,

Just sprinkle the sugar/butter crumbs mixture over the top of the berries before baking. If you want, you can add a lattice top which is a nice finish for a berry pie.
