CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. boiler hen
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix
Broth from cooking hen

Boil hen until well done (usually 60 to 90 minutes depending on size of hen). Remove chicken meat from the bones. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan. Place chicken in buttered pan and spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup over chicken. (Do NOT dilute with water.)

Spread stuffing mix over chicken and soup. Add broth to make a good moist dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. It will only take about 1 to 1 1/2 cups broth.
