WALNUT - ONION MUFFINS 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. puree raw onions
3 c. flour (bread flour preferred)
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 lb. chopped walnuts

Pour into muffin pan or baking pan. Mix together. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. If baked in baking pan - after baking cut into inch size squares and pour on turkey or roast gravy.
