1 Duncan Hines Yellow Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

TOPPING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9x12 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over top. Prepare topping and pour over top of mixture. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Top of cake will be very light brown when done.
