INDIVIDUAL PIZZAS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
6 English muffins, split
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
14 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese (low fat, part skim)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and salt; drain. Split English muffins, spread with butter. Place on baking sheet. Mix tomato sauce with oregano. Spread on muffin halves (about 1 tablespoon each). Sprinkle on mushrooms. Add meat mixture (2 tablespoons). Cover with cheese. Heat about 15 minutes until cheese melts and muffin begins to brown.
