4 English muffins, split
6 oz. can Italian-style tomato paste, mixed with 1 can water
1/2 lb. cooked hamburger, crumbled
4 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
8 slices Mozzarella cheese

Arrange the muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spoon on the sauce, top with hamburger, mushrooms, pepper and the slice of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then put under the broiler for a minutes or 2 until the cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
