ENGLISH PIZZA 
1 lb. ground meat
2 (8 oz.) cans pastorelli pizza sauce
1 (12 halves) pkg. English muffins
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Your favorite pizza toppings, precooked

Fry ground meat and drain. Add the pizza sauce to the meat; reserve 1/2 can. Cover and set aside.

Place English muffins on a pizza pan. Toast in the oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread remaining pizza sauce over plain muffin halves. Top with meat and toppings of your choice. Add cheese. Place in the oven to melt cheese, about 10 minutes. 1 dozen.
