English muffins, split and lightly toasted
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni or other favorite toppings

Have children top their English muffins with sauce, cheese and favorite toppings. Place on microwavable tray and microwave 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on HIGH or until cheese is melted.
