English muffins, split
Tomato or pizza sauce
Grated cheese of choice
Selected toppings of choice

Have the child/children first spread sauce on English muffin. Add grated cheese (children 3 1/2 to 4 years old can grate the cheese themselves). Add toppings (remember to ask each child what he or she likes). Bake at 400 degrees until melted and crisp.
