ORANGE-ALMOND CREAM 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. milk
5 sugar substitutes
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 egg whites

Combine gelatin and milk in a medium size saucepan. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and slowly stir in sugar substitutes, orange juice, orange rind and extract. Mix well; cover and refrigerate until mixture begins to set. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into gelatin mixture. Chill several hours. Serve.
