WHISKEY POTATOES 
6 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. bourbon whiskey
1 c. hot milk
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Marshmallows
1/2 c. shelled and chopped pecans

Peel and boil potatoes until done. Drain and mash well. Add milk, sugar, butter, nuts, salt and whiskey. Put into a baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, then put marshmallows on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8.
