BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
2 cans bean sprouts, drained
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. ground fresh pepper
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. olive oil
1 sm. jar pimento
1 clove crushed garlic

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
