2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine
4 tsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (No. 2) crushed pineapple, drained
3 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 angel food cake, broken in sm. pieces
1 can coconut

Soften gelatine in cold water. Add hot water and sugar. Stir well. Add lemon juice and pineapple. Chill until almost firm. Mix 2 packages Dream Whip according to directions on package. Mix well with gelatine. Break angel food cake into small pieces. Fix one layer cake, gelatine, cake, gelatine. Fix other package of Dream Whip and put on top. Sprinkle coconut on top. Keep in refrigerator.
