PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 c. crushed pretzels 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. butter, soft 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft 1 c. sugar 1 sm. whip cream 1 lg. pkg. strawberry gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water 1 pkg. strawberries Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix next 3 and spread over cooled pretzels. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and strawberries including juice. When it begins to jell, spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. |
